Oatmeal Banana Pancakes, for One!

Trying to stick to my diet hasn’t been too hard with recipes like this–Oatmeal Banana Pancakes.  I love pancakes, so to find a substitute for flour makes me so happy. This is something your whole family will love. They won’t even know the difference. Promise!

Oatmeal Banana Pancakes:

1 cup grinded Whole Oats

1 Egg

Dash of cinnamon

1/2 cup of Almond Milk

1/2 Banana

1 tbsp Coconut Oil

Dash of Baking Powder

Honey for topping

Mix together until smooth ( I put mixture into nutribullet). Put coconut oil in heated pan. Pour blended mixture into pan, and voila!

Ice latte:

1/2 cup almond milk

1 cup cooled coffee

Dash cinnamon

Dash nutmeg

1 tsp coconut oil


Blend in nutribullet!
